Structural surveys and damage assessment

As an architect and a member of the Canary Islands Architect´s Association, I am licensed as a building surveyor for all Spanish courts and for the Spanish tax authorities.

The services I provide include private surveys and also dispute arbitration appraisals:

- Professional preservation of evidence for any construction defects
- Estimation of the costs for the correction of construction defects
- Inventories
- Assessment of the quality and execution of the construction process
- Inspection of the construction phases

As the mills of the law grind very slowly, particularly in Spain, an out-of-court settlement is frequently faster, less costly and more effective. Further information on this under Troubleshooting.
